Thorough and Intense Training

I had the privilege of training with Jewell in her kickboxing class. She will always find alternative methods to reach the same goal when I was unable to perform certain activities. She always encouraged us to continue even when we thought we had nothing left to give. She has always been more committed to my fitness than even I was!
