I’ve known Jewell Bastien for the past 2 years, participating in her various Boxing classes.

Jewell is a very competent trainer. She will modify a move if she sees you cannot perform the task as well as if you are more advanced, she will give you a more challenging move. Jewell constantly monitors everyone in the room to ensure they are performing the move correctly and with proper form. Her willingness and enthusiasm for her job show in every one of her classes.
