Jewell is a wonderful instructor, easy to follow, and very informative. She taught me excellent exercises including Steps, Weights, Ball, and she is the Queen of Abs! When she switched gyms, I switched along with her. I have been taking boxing classes with Jewell for 4 years and you won’t find a more dedicated, hard working, and amazingly understanding woman than her.
