Jewell was the Best Decision I Ever Made

We were interested in the opportunity to try something new and signed up for a few personal training sessions with Jewell, this turned out to be the best decision about fitness we ever made.

We have both worked with personal trainers several times before, but none of them has brought the same mix of knowledge, enthusiasm, energy, and fun that Jewell displayed every session. When we heard that Jewell was offering a children’s program two days a week, we enrolled our 10 year old son. He quickly came to love Jewell’s class and his confidence and fitness greatly improved.
